To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To access certain features of the App, you must create an account by registering with your mobile number, email address, and other required information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you agree to notify us immediately if your account is compromised.

Drivers are required to provide valid KYC documents (e.g., Aadhaar card, PAN card, license) for verification. Drivers are also responsible for ensuring that their vehicles are insured, licensed, and maintained in accordance with local laws and regulations.

You agree to indemnify and hold WakaFast, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" will be updated accordingly. By continuing to use the App after such modifications, you agree to the revised Terms.
